"Weird Fishes/ Arpeggi" is a song by British rock band Radiohead, released as the third single from their seventh studio album In Rainbows (2007). Produced by Nigel Godrich, the track is an experimental rock song featuring a prominent drum machine, and lyrics inspired by a dream singer Thom Yorke had of being submerged underwater. The song's title is a reference to a type of sea creature, the "weird fish", which Yorke found out about after searching for an image of a fish with the arpeggiated sound pattern the song is based on. The single was released in the UK and Ireland on 11 August 2008, and peaked at number 65 on the UK Singles Chart. It also charted in Belgium and France, peaking at number 47 on the Belgian Singles Chart and number 95 on the French Singles Chart. The music video for "Weird Fishes/ Arpeggi" was directed by Adam Buxton and Garth Jennings.
